We are seeking a hands-on Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to take ownership of inventory control, purchasing coordination, and receiving operations. This role is critical to bringing structure and accuracy to our current inventory process and ensuring materials are available when needed.

This is not a purely transactional purchasing role. We are looking for someone who can stay on top of orders, follow through on timelines, and take initiative to resolve issues as they arise.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage and maintain inventory data within the ERP system (currently Odoo, transitioning to SAP).
• Release and track purchase orders, ensuring materials are ordered and delivered on time.
• Follow up with vendors on order status, delays, and expediting needs.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding part availability and delivery timelines.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders.
• Coordinate outbound shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other freight carriers.
• Organize and maintain storage areas, including mezzanine inventory.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, receiving, or a related role.
• Experience working in an ERP system (SAP experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to follow up, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and handling physical materials.
• Ability to work at heights (15–20 ft) and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
